Available Ruby profiles:
  [1]   ruby20

The following mask changes are necessary to proceed:
 (see "package.unmask" in the portage(5) man page for more details)
# required by @changed-deps (argument)
# /etc/portage/package.mask:

Ok, trage ich also =dev-lang/ruby-2.0.0_p648 in die package.maks ein. Jetzt erhalte ich:

!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy "=dev-lang/ruby-2.0.0_p648" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- dev-lang/ruby-2.0.0_p648::gentoo (masked by: package.mask)

(dependency required by "@changed-deps" [argument])
For more information, see the MASKED PACKAGES section in the emerge
man page or refer to the Gentoo Handbook.

Exakt so ging mir es auch. Darum habe ich es holzhammermäßig gelöscht.

Aber so sollte es besser zu lösen sein:
[gelöst] emerge @preserved-rebuild nach World update

Ja, so ging es. Allerdings sind dadurch nicht wie erhofft die anderen Probleme verschwunden...
