Suspend2 cpufreq Probleme

Hallo zusammen,
ich möchte bei meinem Laptop Supend2 installieren und auch nutzen, leider habe ich ein paar Probleme damit.
SoftwareSuspend2 ist im Kernel eingebunden.
Hibernate-Skipt ist ebenfalls installiert.

Wenn ich nun über /usr/sbin/hibernate versuche in den Supend zu schalten versucht gentoo das auch aber er beendet den Vorgang und kommt wieder zurück.
Kann mir jemand sagen was ich noch falsch mache?
